About Handling & Processing Fees

The handling & processing fee is a mechanism that allows us to respond to fluctuations in material and labor costs without revising the price of each product individually. We set our base product prices lower, then apply this fee adjustment to determine the final product price.

In addition, we also use this fee to adjust pricing based on current order volume.

A handling & processing fee of 0% to 20% is added to your order amount.

How the Fee Rate Changes

The fee rate is reviewed periodically based on order volume.

When production can't keep up with demand
The fee rate is set higher

When staff have time to spare
The fee rate is reduced, and may even be waived entirely

The fee rate at the time you submit your order form will be applied to your estimate.
